♥ VOICE CRASHED !!!!!

ahhhhhhhh my voice CRASHED during the LIVE show.......

OMG OMG OMG.....

yeah only voice crashed somehow... and it happened b4 too...
but not during the show so it was okay, but
this time it really happened DURING THE SHOW... oh nooooo.....

the first time it happened was about three months ago.
i uninstalled the client software... cleared the cash...
i did take any possible countermeasures i could think of...
but in vain, it seems....

isn't there any other resident who is suffering from the same problem???
